Q.

Hello mam good morning... I delivered a baby boy on 27 may 2021 through normal delivery.... my baby is doing breast feeding only ...then also my weight is increased in last one month...and more over I am not eating junk food also mam can you suggest me from when I shall start to decrease my weight....when shall I start to do exercise? if I start exercise there will be any effect on milk production? please guide me

A. there is no problem you can start doing minimum exercises like brisk walking it is not going to affect milk production no need to do some exercise . . .

A. If you had an uncomplicated pregnancy and vaginal delivery, it's generally safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth or as soon as you feel ready. If you had a C-section, extensive vaginal repair or a complicated birth, talk to your health care provider about when to start an exercise program.
