A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where theg the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated syymptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.t Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. Don’t use coconut oil then just go ahead with using Olive Oyl and that too not now as of now I would recommend you this ahead with using calamine lotion on to the skin of the child this is going to be more appropriate and later you can use olive oil for massagingWrite Your Answer Here
