RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. I don’t think so it’s a problem as it is an Ayurvedic thing and which is very healthy actually but if you had a C-section I do not know when did you have it so better to check with your gynaecologist if she advises then only you should proceed with it
