can I take ashokarishta as I m breastfeeding my 1 year old baby girl

A. I don’t think so it’s a problem in taking but yet if you are so uncertain about it yourself it’s best to check with your doctor at least that way you’ll be hundred percent sure about whether you need to take it on order whether you can take it or not so it’s best to crosscheck with your doctor one time
