Hello mama in case you have no supply of milk take doctors a helper to start some medicine along with that you need to start adding jira in your daily diet you can also make a mix of jaggery and jeera sauté in ghee and have it regularly with hot glass of milk take some seniors health like your mother or mother-in-law who may tell you how to feed properly
