Hello mom prefer to give home made foods for the them as that would be a good option and prefer now semi solids to soft consistency foods of variety variety such as porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix , Kichidi , steamed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit purée or mashed form or juices
