#AskTheExpert i m unable to feed my child. as I faced many issues,had no milk after 12days of delivery?? anything can be done now so that I can feed my baby. I had nipple problem too.

definitely milk will be produced if you follow the remedies below.
for milk production, feed the baby continuously which will help you to produce more.
the more milk you give the baby the more milk will be produced.
completely empty one breast before going to the other and lets the baby correctly.
include jeera fenugreek flax seed, in the diet.
have lots of water and also have raw papaya daily which will help to produce milk.
relax more and get rid of the tension. and also you can use Philips avent brest pump to pump the milk , which increases milk production.
