hello..I m 31 yrs woman with first pregnency..so what I should do for healthy growing baby &what kind of food I should take for my healthy meal

A. Hello In such case You should add more dairy products in your regular diet plan and you should also try to take more green vegetables. You should also add some dry nuts in your regular diet. These all things are very healthy for babies overall growth and weight gain. So maintain a proper diet plan Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
