Q.

I m a mother of 18 months old baby... I m worried about his food n health. Can plz anyone suggest me best diet plan for kids for healthy growth.

A. diet plan 7am a cup of milk 9am break fast as poha cheela upma uthapam suji halwa dosa cornflakes chocos.. 11am any fruit as papaya pear sapota apple banana 1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji 4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka, bread pakoda.. 7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. 10pm a cup of milk..
