A. it is very common that post cesarean section there will be pain at the incision site for at least 2 to 3 weeks and sometimes 4 weeks. but if there is sudden increasing pain then yosu will have to rule out local infection which might be present at the incision site. it is adxvisable to meet the doctor and apply any local antibacterial cream if there is any discharge from the incision site.

A. Compression garments can be super helpful for this stage. You can put your ice pack right inside of your underwear or pants to keep it in place. Compression is also amazing for reducing pain and swelling and protecting your incision area.
