i am having pain in right side of my stomach above the c section stitches ( no pain in stitches ) while sleeping and waking from bed i had a feeling of pain rolling in the bed . While sitting or walking i didn't feel any pain

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like pain in your tummy so right upper part of abdomen pain mainly due to hepatic ligaments tension and needs clinical examination by your physician
