Q.

Hello, I delivered a baby boy a week ago. Can I use normal warm water for wash and to drink or is it necessary to use hot water for everything and wear socks, muffler all time??

A. dear csn use warm water fir washing n bsthing purpose. also taje heakthy diet n lots of fkuids. take adequate rest . do post partum massage, for fast recovery.
