hello.... I am mother of one year 11 months old baby.. I am still breastfeeding him. My question is whether Pfizer covid vaccine is safe for me and my kid and is it required to stop breastfeeding post vaccinated?

otherwise it has just mild symptoms like Fever as in case of all vaccinations .
