Hello,I am breastfeeding mom and vagina birth. 15 weeks completed so can I do exercises like plank , crunches, pelvic floor exercises , cardio exercises

A. Hello dear parent, yes you can do exercises as you had vaginal birth. But begin with simple exercises for first few days and with passing time you can increase the intensity. But make sure do not exhert yourself. Good luck and take care
