Q.

5 months have completed after my c section, can i start tummy exercises like crunches, leg raise ,etc.? and if not ,when can i start ?

A. can start moderate exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi wait for a month more then if you feel physically fit and well , start doing such exercises. make some dietary changes which can also help to reduce your weight. take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits etc more avoid taking outside food items. increase your fluid intake .
