hello I am 8 weeks pregnant and there is no heartbeat of baby. is it a matter of concern ultrasound doc. is saying that in ultrasound it's not showing 8 weeks pregnancy it is less than 8 weeks. but my last LMP was 21 sept and according to it it should be of 8 week

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. Hello dear Did you have regular periods before you conceived? If yes then by now the fetal heart should have been visible and if it is absent then it can be taken as anembryonic pregnancy and abortion may be required. So better wait for a week and repeat the scan
