Massage is indeed very very important for the child's bone and muscles to grow well. since the babies are in the womb they have folded feet and hands. they need space to grow and bones to become straight hence do not avoid massage.I would suggest avoid mustard oil as it's too harsh and hard on skin of the baby. it would be better if you use Johnson's Baby oil which is perfect for massage on the delicate skin of the babies. even I have used it for both my kids and truly loved how it moisturises the skin.
