hello expert. my 4year baby is getting pain while pooping and tight also.....she is drinking plenty of water but there is no use.....what to do

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us in this question it's probably something that is eating which is causing constipation should try and maintain a food journal that will give you an Idea he may be drinking a lot of water but include more roughage and his diet like fruits and vegetables at least two servings of each every single day
