Hello everyone.
My son is almost 3 years old. He is very aggressive. For example:
when he wakes in morning, he will cry uncontrollably and hit us if we try to soothe him.
This he do so even for his afternoon nap.
He hit us and even if we try to make to stop him by explaining and stopping him., he still hit us.
He also like to hit himself in head if his wish is not fulfilled. We try to involve him with toys but he likes to break and throw toys at wall.
Kindly suggest how to control the aggressive behaviour.

yes this is temper tantrum which is very common in the baby they will try to attract the attention of the parents for the things to get it done by the attention of the baby neglected for sometime do not  concern

hi
are you giving screen exposure like tv mobile iPad etc?
if yes then please avoid it or limit it's time
it is very important.
spend quality time with your child
take your child in open places like gardens  to play.
I know it is difficult but 
please don't scold or yell at your child.
