Hello Dr my baby is 3 month old i feel one side of one breast so hard as other part soft what to do?

Q. #asktheexpert My baby boy is 3 month old. From start I have been using Pamper premium which has indicator. Since last 2 month I have notice that upper half part of diaper get full fast and after some time it become hard. So after few hours i changed it as it become too hard start of diaper even though rest part of diaper is not full at all..
