hello dr , my baby girl 11 months and 19 days few days she got rash on skin except back and chest we use some medicine ( levocetirizine hydrochloride syrup ) (LECOPE syrup ) and lotion and it's gone and I find same rash on her body one day back and from today she didn't eat anything and continues water in or saliva coming from her mouth what should I do dr.
