hello dr my 9 month old baby was suffering from cough and cold had given sinarest drops for 4 days..not yet the cold has stopped..can I continue sinarest ..my babys weight is 7.4 kg ...wats the dosage

A. it ks due to cold .cough is common in this changing seasin. steam as a home remedy is a good that can be given to babies in a day at home only . For severe cough ascoril LS and montair like medication can be given .
