hello dr mere twin boys hai 3.5 months old mai unhe breast feed krti hu pr jyada der nhi le pati then I pump from electronic pump pump krne pr minimum 30 ml and Max 60-80 ml hota hai can I increase my breastfeed now. bacche cow milk and breast milk dono pr hai I want to increase my breastfeed what to do . pumping k time one one drop milk ata hai but jb mai hand press krti hu areola k paas to flow better hai but wo pump me show nhi hota what to do? plz rply

You can take lactation supplement light fenugreek capsule twice or thrice in a day along with that also I would advise you to increase the fluid intake like water coconut water bottle milk healthy liquids you should have and also instead of giving cow smell please go ahead with formula cows milk is not allowed before the age of 12 months
