Hello dr. Mera beta 10 months ka hai, wo kuch dino se din bhar me kayi baar toilet kr rha hai jb ki routin thi din bhar me sirf 1 se 2 baar hi. Aur haa ab tk usko 1 bhi teeth nhi aaye hai???

A. the baby is 10 months of age and the baby is passing stool frequently some babies never getting teeth even up to two years also the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
