hello dr last week fawaz is suffering from fever and little cough I consult with the doctor and he got treated but after he got his tongue is coated with a white thick cracky layer. I tried to clean it with a cotton cloth dipped in warm water and with toothbrush also but it is not getting cleaned. what should I do?

A. Hi this could be oral thrush occuring as a result of fever. consult with your pediatrician for proper examination and medical treatment. maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

A. when I try to brush his teeth he is swallowing everything. is it okay to use toothpaste for 2 year old, and also how to maintain good oral hygiene for my baby if he is not ready to brush his teeth. Thank you for your answer
