hello Dr. I have twins. both of my twins has cold and i believe little congestion. one of the twins has weezing sound. I am using nasal spray. its been more then 10 days now. can you please advice what shall I do.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your twins are 1 month old now to relieve cold give steam inhalation warm massage to chest and apply vicks baby vaporub on chest and try maxtra drops 0.3 ml twice a day for 5 days.

oil get cool or warm rub that oil on his chest back Palms foot also keep your baby hydrated by
breastfeeding and consult your doctor as soon as possible if required
