Hello Doctors 15 months ke baby ko 500ml se zyada cow milk consume nahi karna chahiye. Kya isme breast milk bhi include hoga ya 500ml cow milk ke alawa breast milk bhi pila sakte hai bina 500ml mein include karte hue?
