A. Feed every 2–3 hours . Make sure your baby has a proper latch and is feeding effectively. Let the baby finish one breast completely before switching to the other Keep the baby awake and active during feeds. Check diapers — at least 5–6 wet diapers daily is a good sign. Also:Take care of your own diet and hydration. Avoid long gaps between feeds.

A. 4.8 kg at 3 months is slightly low, but steady growth matters most. Feed every 2–3 hours (8–12 times/day). Make sure baby has a good latch and finishes one breast fully. Keep baby awake during feeds. Check for 6+ wet diapers daily. See a doctor if weight isn’t increasing or baby seems weak.

A. Your child should be at least 1500 g more than the birth rate now I do not know what was the birth rate so so you should calculate on the basis of minimum gain of 500 g in a month so if the weight that you calculate is less than what is there then that you can start giving formula otherwise it seems completely fine
