Q.

Hello doctor My daughter age 3yr 8 month...2 months my daughter catch cold and voice changed due to that... It’s been long cold get rid off but the voice didn’t changed to normal.... some of friends suggest it is due to thriod... Should I proceed with thriod test please suggest Thank you

A. hello mommy it may be due to viraln.Fever along with cough and sneez can occur due to frequently changing wheather. As a home remedy ste should be started . Paracetamol drops like calpol or T 98 drop can be given for fever . Asthakind LS drop can be given for cough . If any respiratory difficulity then should visit a hospital near by .
