my baby is 22 Month's old he is suffering with cold and cough it's been more than a week i am using nazal drops and cough syrup please suggest what to do as it effecting his sleep and he's not able to eat properly due to cold and cough.

This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.

Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at leadst 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink 
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor 
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Then you should ask your doctor if you can nebulise the child which is what is going to be really helpful because when you nebulise the child the medicine reaches straight to the lungs and helps in opening up the congestion makes the child feel better
