hello doctor, my 6 months old son having colg we are using Cold drops .since last week he is suffering from cold and some noise in throat. what should I do for this

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cxold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associatecsd symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
