Hello Doctor, My 4.8 years old daughter doesn't eat well or drink water , unless we feed her she doesn't ask for food or water and can stay hungry whole day. can you please suggest any medicine to improve her metabolism

give some appetite boosting supplements and proper physical activity and sure that she is not constipated
