hello doctor its been 5months i had c section and I am having a lot of hair fall. I m following healthy diet and fruits sleeping pattern what is the problem

A. Hello dear parent! Normal finding post delivery. Take your post natal supplements on time till you breastfeed your baby. Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated
