I have c section and it being 3 months. now I have heavy hair fall.. is it normal or should I consult a doctor..

A. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroghid hormone . A good care along with maintainance of properf hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
