Hello Doctor, I'm mother of 8months 23 days baby girl. Can I use Apple Sider Vinegar pills (which can dissolve in hot water )to reduce tummy fat which comes after delivery?

A. hi frankly telling you that it can not help that much instead of it ,its best to choose natural ways like start yogas and pranayams daily. strictly avoid junk food items
