Hello Doctor, I am about to have a baby and would like to know whether or not to buy a head pillow for a newborn baby for shaping the head? Also, is it okay to introduce formula milk on day one to baby in case of Caesarean delivery?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. let your baby sleep in whatever position he or she fell comfortable . continue to put on back side for sleeping, and no need to use any pillow, practice tummy time
