Hello doc My son is 1year 10months old, he is not having any food from past 3 days ,, he is drinking more water and he is drinking only milk. He used have all kinds of food but now he is rejecting all foods , don't know why?

avoid giving milk around neal time.
add natural appetizer in diet.
