Hello Doc, It’s been 2.5years that I have delivered my baby( C-section) and last few months my periods are irregular. Can we do something about it ? Regards, Deepshikha

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods are very normal nd please have more green leaves vegetables in your daily diet and also follow the regular exercise and yoga routine.
