I had c section delivery and my periods comes after 6 month but my periods are irregular is it normal

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and irregularity in periods after the delivery is very common due to harmonal imbalances and also please please have more green leaves vegetables , fruits and dairy products in diet and also you can have Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea as it helps in harmonal imbalances and can buy from Amazon India.
