hello doc, in this pregnancy im feeling so much upper back pain with foodpipe burning and very discomfrtng with burning n pain due to which im vomiting 5 to 6 times or more nd the burning nd pain in pain gets increased alot in a week from frst mnth itslf nd evrybdy thnks im faking or lieing that i wont b able to do anythng bcz of this.please help nd let m know if any body is fCing this nd dealng :'(
