Q.

hello doc I am the mother of twins baby boys one of them started talking but the other is not speaking yet..... and sometimes he laughs for no reason..... my question is that when will he start talking....??

A. So the child was not speaking at all check for this how when is your child responding to it when you are calling for the name for the child or making an eye contact or understanding and following your instructions like the other one if your child is doing every thing then you can just check with the speech therapist one time they will be able to give you better clarity
