hello doc I am 24 wk pregnant, my pregnancy is smooth from the beginning there is no nausea no vomiting no symptoms, reports are normal, now theses days I can also feel baby's movement, my question is, is there any issues if one have no symptoms of pregnancy from the beginning?? baby is in safe zone right???

A. Hello dear Yes absolutely it is normal to not have any symptoms and you needn’t worry about it or about your baby’s well being, It is everyone,s response to hormonal changes and nothing else
