hello dear doctor mu 8 months old having cold and cough yesterday we went for hospital they suggested Asthalin syrup for cough and Allegra syrup for cold before o was giving ascoril syrup..can I give both Asthalin and ascoril

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. no it is not advisable to give both asthalin as well as ascoril and better to give only one of them
it is important to follow the instructions and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not undertake medicines or medical procedures not prescribed / guided by the doctor.
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. No don’t give two medicines for the same thing give one only what is suggested by the doctor kindly now you continue with the prescription with that has been given by the doctor and just continue for as long as they have suggested you
