A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases alonfeg with deconggestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid self medication. If there is any discomfort in your baby then it needs a personal medical evaluation. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Good luck and take care.
