hello dctr. meri 39 week pregnancy chal rahi h.. or mera uterus abhi closed hai.. uterus open krme k liye kon c exercise kar sakti hun? or kya karna hoga? koi asi chiz jise kha kr bacchedani ka muh open ho jaye?

A. all you cn do is. a plain walk.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
