hello can anybody tell if this is mandatory to use only hot water for drinking bathing after normal delivery.........

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is your individual choice and is not mandatory. You can use room temperature water or tanki water for bathing. Please masaage your hair with BabyHug coconut oil and leave overnight. Also use a sulphate free and paraben free shampoo like MamaEarth shampoo to wash your hair. Eat healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Use BabyHug multipurpose cleaner and maintain proper hygiene.
