Hello am a mom of 8 months old baby girl.. I want to lose my weight can u plz help me with some excercise and diet

A. Dear mum, you can begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Once you get used to this, you can do more strenuous exercises like abdominal crunches, planks, running, weight training. Eat mindfully to reduce weight. Avoid junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
