hi I'm mother of 2 children as I'm worried of how to lose my weight even I'm working out excercise yoga everythg and even I'm following a diet also even thought also no result could u plz help me to reduce my weight as I'm right knw it's 78kg

A. Try intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours completely cut down on artificial sugar so that is going to help and I would recommend you to do at least 11 to about 24 sets of Surya Namaskar every day
