hello All, can I eat lentils and legumes while breastfeeding? which all to avoid.

Of course you can have all kind of food that you would want to eat there is no problem you need to eat healthy food that’s the only important thing you can have all kind of lentils food basically home-made fresh food with all kind of fruits and vegetables into your food amount of proteins and all lentils can be consumed
