Q.
it is anything there to avoid food while breastfeeding??? can I eat sweet and chocolate while breastfeeding

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, yes, you can eat sweets and chocolates even while you are breastfeeding. however you should have it occasionally and within control to avoid unhealthy weight gain. prefer to have homemade food as much as possible.

There are no food restrictions as such but if you get any discomfort after eating certain foods and you tend to take medication then that medication will not be good for your breastfeeding baby
